• High frequency welding – a plastic welding process using a high frequency radio wave for joining pvc
• Die cutting - a press cutting process to cut shapes out of sheet material
• Material conversion - guillotine, slitter and paneling equipment to convert material to size
• Riveting– a method of fixing ring mechanisms, studs etc. to products
• Hot foil blocking– a transfer printing process particularly suitable for metallic golds and silvers
• Printing – screen printing is carried out in house, litho and digital printing in undertaken by our designated printer
• Blister packing – a durable packing process which enables high visibility of product
